1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AlfaHedge ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Not Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: AlfaHedge does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.

All signals, scores, and analysis are for informational and research purposes only. Past signal performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrencies in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You may not share your account or create multiple accounts

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Prices are in EUR and may be subject to applicable taxes

6. Refund Policy

All subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time and will retain access until the end of the current billing period. Payments are non-refundable except at our sole discretion. To cancel, visit your account settings or contact hello@alfahedge.com.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Service
• Use the Service to build a competing product
• Share API keys or account access with third parties
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

8. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, signal methodologies, and software are the exclusive property of AlfaHedge. No licence to copy or distribute any part of the Service is granted except as expressly permitted.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of any signals or market data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlfaHedge shall not be liable for any trading losses or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
